The Puck Chrome Extension makes it easy to source candidates directly from LinkedIn and add them to your talent pipeline in just a few clicks.

✅ Before You Begin

Make sure:

  • You have the Puck Chrome Extension installed. Install it here.

  • You’re logged into your Puck account.

  • You’re using Google Chrome.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open LinkedIn

Navigate to linkedin.com and search for a candidate you want to add to Puck.

2. Click the Puck Extension

In the upper right corner of your browser, click the Blue Puck logo. The extension will slide open on the right side of your screen.

💡Tip: If you don’t see the Puck icon, click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome’s toolbar and pin the extension for quick access.

3. Review Candidate Details

Click "Get Prospect Information".

The extension will automatically pull in information from the LinkedIn profile.

But more importantly, it will also surface the candidate’s personal email address and phone number, when available.

4. Add Candidate to Puck

Add prospect to a list or a sequence directly

💡Tip: Create your lists and email sequences beforehand so they’re ready to use.

5. Sync Back to Your Workspace

Once added, you can view the prospect in your Puck Dashboard under the list you’ve saved them in.
