Follow these steps to access the Greenhouse Dev Center and update an existing API key to enable Advance and Reject actions in applicant matching.
Step 1: Log in and Access Configure
Go to Greenhouse and sign in.
In the top-right navigation bar, click the gear icon labeled Configure.
Step 2: Navigate to the Dev Center
Scroll down the left-hand menu and select Dev Center.
Step 3: Open the Harvest API Section
Under the Dev Center options, click API Credentials.
This will open a panel showing all active API Credentials keys created in your organization.
Step 4: Edit the Puck API Key
Select Puck API Key and to edit use the pencil icon.
Step 5: Configure Permissions
You’ll now be presented with a list of Harvest V1 endpoints. Carefully select the necessary access scopes.
Your configuration should look like this:
Once complete, click Save at the bottom.
