Creating a job post in Puck is quick and intuitive—and designed to help you go beyond bullet points and showcase the real voice of your team. Follow these steps to get started:

✅ Step 1: Navigate to the Pages Tab

After logging into your Puck dashboard, click on the Pages tab from the left-hand menu. This is where you’ll manage all your job posts, campaign pages, and interview guides.

➕ Step 2: Click “Job Pages”

From the left-hand menu, select “Job Pages” and click the green “+ New Job” button in the top right corner to start creating your post.

  • Title – Enter the role name (e.g. Senior Product Designer).

  • Location – Add the city and state where the job is based (e.g. New York City, New York).

  • Office(s) – Select the relevant office.

  • Department(s) – Choose the department this role belongs to (e.g. Marketing, Engineering).

  • Work Style – Select whether the role is On-site, Remote, or Hybrid.

  • Description – This is your opportunity to speak directly to candidates. Make it compelling, clear, and human.

👀 Step 3: Publish

When you’re ready, click “Publish” (Top right) to make it live.

✅ Step 4: Manage Your Live Job Post

Once your job is published, you’ll see a summary view like the one above. Here’s what each button does:

  • 🔗 Share Page – Click this green button to copy the public link to your job post. Use this in outreach, social posts, or on your website.

  • 👁 View Page – See exactly what candidates will see when they view your job post.

  • ✏️ Edit Job – Make changes to the job title, location, department, or other details at any time.

  • ⋯ (Three Dots) > Close Job – When the role is filled or no longer active, use this to close the job and remove it from public view.

You’ll also see basic metrics like Time on Page to give you a sense of candidate engagement.

🔗 Step 5: Share It

Once published, every job post has a unique shareable link. You can:

  • Link it in your email outreach

  • Add it to your career or culture page

  • Share it on social media or job boards
