You can easily share a role with a Hiring Manager so they can log in and see everything they need in one place — the Pipeline of applicants as well as the Applicant Match recommendations for that role.
Step 1: Open the Role
From the left-hand navigation, go to either the Applicant Match tab or the Pipeline tab.
Select the role you’d like the Hiring Manager to access.
Step 2: Share the Role
On the role page, click the Share button
A modal window will open.
Step 3: Add the Hiring Manager
Enter the Hiring Manager’s email address.
If they’re new to Puck, they’ll be added as a Hiring Manager role by default.
If they already have an account, their access will update immediately.
Click Share to confirm.
Step 4: What the Hiring Manager Sees
The shared role will appear in the Hiring Manager’s dashboard when they log in.
Inside the role, they’ll be able to:
Review all applicants in the Pipeline.
Explore candidates in Applicant Match.
They’ll only see the roles that have been shared with them — keeping everything simple and focused.
