How to Publish a Role to External Job Boards

You can publish jobs directly from your Puck dashboard to external job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed. Here’s how:

Step 1: Log into the Dashboard

Start by logging into your Puck dashboard with your account credentials.

Step 2: Create a New Job Page

  • From the left-hand navigation, go to Pages > Job Pages.

  • Click + New Job to create a new job posting.

Step 3: Fill in Job Details

Enter the key information about your role:

  • Job Title (e.g. Senior Product Designer)

  • Department / Office

  • Location (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite)

  • Job Description

Step 4: Publish

Once you’ve filled everything in, press Publish.

Step 5: Confirm External Posting

When you choose to publish a role, a pop-up will appear asking if you’d also like to post the job to external job boards.

  1. Select Job Type, Job Industry, and Job Category from the dropdown menus.

  2. Click Post to external job boards to expand the job’s reach and attract more applicants.


    Your posting will be sent to the following job boards:

    • ZipRecruiter

    • AboutJobs.com

    • Adzuna.com

    • Alleskralle

    • Careerjet.com

    • Jobatus.es

    • Jobcase.com

    • JobGet

    • Jobisvertise

    • Jobijoba.com

    • JobInventory.com

    • JobisJob

    • Jobleads

    • Jobrapido.com

    • Jobtome

    • Jooble

    • Jora

    • Lensa

    • LinkedIn

    • Locanto

    • Postjobfree

    • Skillsire

    • Talent.com

    • Twine.net

    • UWV.nl

    • Vacatureplaats.nl

    • OfferUp.com

    • Studysmarter.de

  3. Or choose Skip if you’d prefer to publish only to your career site.


Tip: Publishing to external job boards will help more applicants find your role quickly, but you can always edit or un-publish later if things change.
