How to Get Email Notifications for Good Candidate Matches

With Applicant Match, you can receive an email notification whenever a strong candidate is identified for one of your open roles. This helps you stay on top of great applicants without constantly checking the dashboard.

How It Works

  • Applicant Match reviews candidates against your open roles.

  • After you run an Applicant Match, you can subscribe to email alerts directly from that role.

  • Once subscribed, you’ll automatically get an email whenever a top candidate is found.

Steps to Enable Email Notifications

  1. Log in to your Puck dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand navigation, go to Applicant Match and run an Applicant Match for a role.

  3. After the match results load, look for the Bell icon (“Notify Me”) at the top of the page.

  4. Click the bell and select Subscribe to Email Notifications.

  5. You’re now subscribed! You’ll receive emails whenever strong matches are identified for that role.

What You’ll Receive

  • An email alert when a candidate is flagged as a top match.

  • The candidate’s name, resume link, and match score.

  • A direct link to view the application in Puck.

Pro Tips

  • You’ll need to subscribe per role — repeat these steps for any role where you want notifications.
