You can view or make changes by navigating to:
Job Dashboard → Job Setup → Job Posts
🟢 Open (Live) Jobs
Candidate View:
The job is visible on your career site and open for applications.
Settings:
Status: Live
Job Board: Set to your external job board (e.g. company career site)
🟡 Private Jobs
Candidate View:
The job is hidden from your public career site, but candidates with a direct link can still apply.
Settings:
Status: Live
Job Board: Switched to a private or internal job board
🔴 Closed Jobs
Candidate View:
The job is no longer accepting applications and is not visible to candidates.
Settings:
Status: Unpublished
To close a job, click the green status button and select Unpublish
