You can view or update a job’s status by navigating to:
Job Dashboard → Select the role → Click the “OPEN” icon at the top right corner.
🟢 Open Jobs
Candidate View:
The job is live on your career site and open for applications.
Settings:
Job Posting: Job Posting is Open
Visibility: Listed to your external job site
🟡 Private Jobs
Candidate View:
The job is not visible on your public career site, but candidates with the direct link can still apply.
Settings:
Job Posting: Job Posting is Open
Visibility: Unlisted
🔴 Closed Jobs
Candidate View:
The job is no longer accepting applications and is not visible to candidates.
Settings:
Job Posting: Job Posting is closed
