When to Use This

  • You want to quickly find specific job postings

  • You need to prioritize newer or older roles

  • You want to organize roles alphabetically

How It Works

Sorting is controlled directly from the column headers in the Applicant Match table. Clicking a column header will reorder the list based on that field.

Steps to Sort Job Postings

  1. Navigate to Applicant Match

  2. Locate the table of job postings

  3. Click on a sortable column header (e.g., Job posting, Role opened)

  4. Click again to toggle the sort direction

Sorting Logic Explained

  • Job Posting

    • Sorts alphabetically by job title

    • A–Z (ascending) or Z–A (descending)

  • Role Opened

    • Sorts by date

    • Newest → Oldest or Oldest → Newest

  • Sort Direction Indicator

    • ▲ = Ascending

    • ▼ = Descending

  • Only one column can be actively sorted at a time

Tips / Best Practices

  • Use Role Opened to focus on the most recent roles first

  • Use Job Posting when scanning for a specific position

  • Combine sorting with filters (Open jobs, Location, Visibility) for faster results
