How It Works

AI Interview outreach emails are managed through Sequences, not general settings.
Each AI Interview has its own associated sequence that controls communication.

Steps to Edit the Email Template

  1. Go to Sequences

  2. Click Notifications

  3. Select AI Interviews Outreach

  4. Choose the specific AI Interview

  5. Click Edit sequence (top right)

  6. Locate the email step in the sequence

  7. Edit the email content as needed

  8. Save your changes

Important Notes

  • Email templates are tied to Sequences, not global settings

  • Each AI Interview may have its own sequence

  • Changes will apply to future outreach, not already sent emails
