Managing Interview Notification Settings

You can control how often you receive notifications for AI interviews directly from the AI Interview Detail page.

Where to Find Notification Settings

  1. Open an AI Interview

  2. Click the Notify (🔔) icon on the top of the page

  3. The “Notify me” modal will appear

Notification Options

You can choose from the following notification cadences:

1. Daily

  • Receive a summary notification once per day

  • Best for staying updated without frequent alerts

2. After Each Interview

  • Get notified immediately after every completed interview

  • Useful for real-time tracking and quick follow-ups

3. Never

  • Disable all notifications for this interview

  • You will not receive any updates

How to Update Your Preference

  1. Select your preferred notification option

  2. Click Save

  3. Your selection will be applied immediately

Things to Know

  • Your notification setting is saved automatically and will persist if you refresh the page

  • You can update your preference at any time

  • If notifications are set to Never, no alerts will be sent

Troubleshooting

  • If you’re not receiving notifications:

    • Confirm your selected notification setting

    • Ensure notifications are not set to Never

  • If changes are not saving:

    • Refresh the page and try again
