  1. Go to Pipelines

  2. Open a job

  3. Select a candidate

How to Enroll a Candidate

  1. Select the candidate you want to enroll

  2. Click Enroll in Sequence

  3. Choose the sequence you want to use

  4. Confirm your selection

What Happens Next

  • The candidate is added to the selected sequence

  • Emails will be sent based on the sequence schedule

  • Outreach will follow the configured timing and steps

Things to Know

  • Sequences follow pre-set schedules and delays

  • Candidates will receive emails automatically once enrolled

  • Make sure the correct sequence is selected before confirming

  • Enrollment actions may trigger immediately depending on sequence setup
