How to Manage Applicant Match Notifications

Applicant Match notifications keep you updated when new candidates are matched to your job.

Where to Find This Setting

  1. Go to Applicant Match

  2. Open a job

  3. Click Match applicants to job criteria


How to Enable Notifications

  1. In the Match applicants to job criteria panel

  2. Review or update your match criteria (optional)

  3. Check the box:
    “Match & notify me of new high scoring applicants”

  4. Click Match applicants


What Happens Next

  • Applicant Match will evaluate candidates based on your criteria

  • You will receive notifications when new high-scoring applicants are identified


Things to Know

  • Notifications are tied to your defined match criteria

  • Only high-scoring applicants will trigger alerts

  • Notifications are enabled when the checkbox is selected during matching

  • If unchecked, matching will still occur without notifications
