📋 Step 1: Open Your Job Pipeline
Navigate to Pipeline and select the job you'd like to review. This will display the full list of applicants for that position.
📝 Step 2: Select Application Questions
Click the Application Questions dropdown menu.
You'll see all custom questions currently assigned to the job.
Select the responses or criteria you'd like to filter by, then click Apply Filter.
Note: Application questions can be modified by editing the job posting.
🎯 Step 3: Apply Your Filters
The applicant list will update to show only candidates whose responses match your selected criteria.
