How to filter Application questions

Quickly narrow down your applicant list by filtering candidates based on their responses to custom application questions

📋 Step 1: Open Your Job Pipeline

Navigate to Pipeline and select the job you'd like to review. This will display the full list of applicants for that position.


📝 Step 2: Select Application Questions

Click the Application Questions dropdown menu.

  • You'll see all custom questions currently assigned to the job.

  • Select the responses or criteria you'd like to filter by, then click Apply Filter.

Note: Application questions can be modified by editing the job posting.


🎯 Step 3: Apply Your Filters

The applicant list will update to show only candidates whose responses match your selected criteria.
