⚙️ Step 1: Navigate to Settings
From here, you can manage leveling for:
Departments > click on Department filter settings
Locations > click on Locations filter settings
🏷️ Step 2: Choose Your Leveling
The available levels mirror the structure configured in your ATS
Toggle levels on or off to control what appears in the dropdown
Use the Preview section to see how the dropdown will appear to candidates
Click Save to apply your changes
✅ Step 3: Verify Changes on Your Job Board
Navigate to your Job Board
Test your dropdowns to verify that the leveling changes made are reflected
💡 Things to Note
Department and Location leveling only affects how filters are displayed on your Job Board.
Changes made in your ATS may require you to revisit your leveling settings in Puck.
Disabling a level removes it from the filter dropdown but does not remove jobs from your Job Board.
Removing unnecessary levels creates a simpler job search experience.
