🛠️ Step 1: Create a New AI Interview
Navigate to AI Interview > + New Interview.
Fill in all relevant job and interview information, then click Create Interview.
📝 Step 2: Customize the Sequence
Click Customize automated invite & reminders to open the sequence automatically tied to this interview.
Give the sequence a clear, distinguishable name and click Save.
✉️ Step 3: Invite Candidates
Click the Invite button within your AI Interview dashboard.
Review and preview your customized sequence one last time before sending it out to candidates.
📊 Step 4: Track Candidate Engagement
To monitor your candidates, navigate to Sequences > Notifications > AI Interviews Outreach, and click on your sequence.
To view detailed delivery and engagement metrics, click View Profile > Overview.
⚠️ Things to keep in mind
Character Limit: With the exception of the very first SMS, there is a 160-character limit per message.
Compliance: For legal/compliance reasons, certain mandatory text is locked and greyed out.
Placeholders: Use dynamic tags like
{ first-name }and{ public-interview-start-url }to personalize the messages.Sender ID: SMS messages are sent from a standardized phone number to all candidates.
Click Save when you are finished customizing.
