After you click Create interview, a confirmation pop-up will appear with three options:

Edit the email message sent to candidates

🔗 Copy and Share Interview Link
Copy a unique interview link
Share it manually via email, SMS, or other channels
Best for quick, one-off outreach
👥 Invite Candidates
Send invitations directly through the platform
Track candidate progress in one place
📂 Option 2: From the AI Interviews Dashboard
You can send an interview at any time after creation:
Go to AI Interviews
Click on the interview you want to send
🔗 Share the Interview
Click Share to access:
Copy Interview Link
Copy the direct link to the interview
Send it manually to candidates
Copy Email Template
Copy a pre-written email that includes the interview link
Paste it into your own email client and send
👥 Invite Candidates Through the Platform
Click Invite candidates
Choose how you want to send:
Send to a List
Select one or more saved candidate lists
Invite an Individual
Search for a specific candidate
Click Continue to send the invitation
You'll have a chance to preview the Sequence that the candidates will be enrolled in.
Click Send to recipients
👀 How to check candidates enrolled in your Sequence
Navigate to Sequences > Notifications > AI Interview Outreach in the main menu.
Click directly into your corresponding AI Interview Sequence.
Click into your corresponding AI Interview.
Note: Each AI Interview has its own matching AI Interview Outreach sequence generated automatically the moment the interview is created.
Here, you'll see a complete roster and status of all candidates enrolled in that specific sequence.
Note: it is a best practice to rename the AI Interview Outreach sequence to match that of your AI Interview.
