🛠️ Step 1: Initialize Job Details

  1. Navigate to AI Interviews and click + New Interview.

  2. Configure the Job posting(s) related to the interview.

    1. Tip: Multiple jobs can be assigned to the same interview.

  3. Add any supplementary information under Other details. This can be left blank

  4. Click Continue.


📝 Step 2: Generate & Customize Interview Questions

  1. The system will automatically generate tailored AI Interview questions based on your job description (JD) and any additional inputs.

  2. Review the generated questions for alignment with your role.


  • Click + Add Question if you need to incorporate custom questions specific to your team's requirements.

  • Click Continue.


📊 Step 3: Establish Evaluation Criteria

  1. The AI will propose standard evaluation categories based on your questions and JD. Review these categories carefully and click Continue.


⚠️ Evaluation Warning: If the system detects that your selected criteria cannot be accurately measured by the current list of questions, a warning notification will appear. Ensure your questions directly map to what you want evaluated.


🔄 Step 4: Regulating & Regenerating Content

  1. If you need to make changes, click the Previous page button.

  2. If you add additional jobs or modify your initial inputs, the system will provide an option to Regenerate both your questions and criteria automatically to match the new updates.


🚀 Step 5: Finalize and Launch

  1. Review your setup one final time.

  2. Click Create interview to publish and lock in your AI evaluation framework.
