How to schedule Rejection Emails in the future

This guide walks you through rejecting candidates while scheduling their notification emails to be sent automatically at a future date and time.

⚙️ Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Pipelines and click into your desired job.


2. Select the checkbox next to the candidates you wish to reject, then click the Reject button.


3. In the rejection window, customize the rejection reason, add an internal note, and choose the notification email template.

4. Click Pick a custom time to schedule the email delivery.


5. Select your preferred future date and time, then confirm.

Note on Bulk Delivery: When sending rejection emails to multiple candidates at once, the system may slightly stagger the delivery times to ensure high email deliverability rates.
