Prerequisite: How to configure Puck Assessment
⚡ Configure Automated Stage Transitions
Once you have Puck Assessment configured, move onto configuring Stage Transitions.
Within the Job Setup menu, click on Stage Transitions.
Click Create a rule.
3. Select Puck as the trigger stage for the rule.
4. Set the transition action to Send Take Home Test. This will automatically send the assessment to candidates moved into the Puck stage.
Fill out the required fields
Click Save
⚠️ Important Email Note: Leave the Greenhouse notification email field blank during this step. Puck automatically triggers its own candidate-facing invitation sequence when the test is sent. Adding an email here will cause the candidate to receive duplicate messages.
