👤 Important Note: This specific configuration step applies exclusively to Greenhouse ATS customers and must be completed by a team member with Greenhouse Admin privileges.
🛠️ Step 1: Navigate to ATS Settings in Puck
Log into your Puck dashboard and go to Settings > ATS Set Up in the sidebar menu.
Click the button labeled Switch to Greenhouse v3.
⚠️ Warning: Do not click this button unless you are an Admin in Greenhouse. Initiating this switch without the proper admin credentials will instantly disrupt your active Puck <> Greenhouse connection.
⚙️ Step 2: Complete Authentication
Follow all on screen prompts to authorize the updated v3 connection on the Greenhouse side.
You'll be prompted to re-enter your email address.
✔️ Step 3: Confirm setup
Refresh your page. It should now look like above.
Your connection has been successfully updated to V3.
