Understanding the AI Interview Review Status

Here is a quick guide to what each Review status means and how it syncs with your ATS.

Status Definitions

  • Reviewed: Updated automatically when you or a team member score an interview. This lets your team know at a glance that the candidate has been evaluated.

  • Hidden: Applied to scorecards for candidates who have been marked as Hired in your ATS. This cleans up your active candidate view while keeping their record safely stored.

  • Closed: Applied to candidates who have been marked as Rejected or archived in your ATS.

Examples:

🔍 Using the Filter Dropdown

Use the Filter Dropdown at the top of your dashboard to toggle between views:

  • Needs Review: Keeps your daily focus strictly on active candidates waiting for an evaluation.

  • Reviewed: Displays candidate interviews that your team has already scored that are still active in your Pipeline.

Filtering prevents duplicate work and keeps team focus strictly on actionable profiles.

How ATS Syncing Works 🔄

You do not need to manually change these statuses inside Puck.

Puck continuously syncs with your ATS. When a candidate moves to a hired or rejected stage in your primary system, Puck instantly updates their review status to Hidden or Closed in real time.

💡 Why This Helps

  • Declutters Your Dashboard: Keeps your daily view focused exclusively on active candidates who still need evaluation.

  • Prevents Duplicate Reviews: Clear Reviewed tags ensure team members do not waste time evaluating the same interview twice.

  • Zero Manual Maintenance: Statuses update automatically based on your normal ATS workflow.
