Talent Search by International Location 🌍

Puck accounts are set to search for candidates within the United States by default. If your team source for roles internationally, follow this guide to request and search across non-US locations.

Step 1: Request International Location Access 📩

  1. Contact Puck Support via the Intercom chat widget or email us at support@careerpuck.com.

  2. List the specific countries you need enabled for your account.

  3. Once our team enables your requested locations, international search will be active on your dashboard.

Step 2: Searching for US Locations 🇺🇸

  1. Navigate to Talent > Search on the left menu.

  2. Scroll down to the Location section.

  3. Enter a US city or region and set your desired mile radius.

  4. Candidates matching your filters within that radius will display in your search results.

Resulting candidates show within the requested radius.

Step 3: Searching for Non-US Locations 🌐

  1. Navigate to Talent > Search.

  2. Scroll down to the Location section.

  3. Search for a city or region within your enabled international country (for example, searching within India if it has been enabled for your account).

  4. Candidates matching your filters within the requested radius will display in your candidate list view.

💡 Best Practices for International Sourcing

  • Enable Countries Early: Submit your international location requests prior to launching job postings or sourcing campaigns in new markets.

  • Does not apply to Applicant Match: app match will automatically have all locations enabled internationally by default.
