2. Click Upload.
3. Select your document. This can include:
updated resumes
cover letters
reference checks
4. Wait for processing: a blue processing banner will appear while the file uploads.
5. A green confirmation banner will appear once the document is fully processed.
Step 2: Reviewing and Editing Candidate Details ✏️
Check the Contact section to confirm newly parsed details (such as updated email addresses) have populated.
Click Edit in the top left corner of the candidate window to modify any candidate details manually, such as email or phone.
Step 3: Accessing Alternate Entry Points 🎯
If you are not using Talent Search, you can follow the exact same upload flow from any other candidate view:
Applicant Match: Click on any candidate card and select View profile.
Pipelines: Open your job pipeline and click into View profile.
AI Interviews: Open the candidate record by clicking View profile directly from the interview scorecard.
Once the candidate window opens, proceed with the upload steps outlined in Step 1. 📑
💡 Best Practices
Supported Formats: Upload clean PDF or DOCX files to ensure contact information and work history parse accurately.
Version Control: Uploading an updated resume updates the candidate contact details while preserving previous evaluation scores and notes. Also, you'll have a timestamp as to when the document was uploaded.
